Enron’s former COO Kevin Hannon just got two years for his part in defrauding shareholders.
Hannon, 46, also received a $125,000 fine from U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore in Houston, a clerk for the judge said.

Lewis I. “Scooter” Libby has just been sentenced to thirty months in prison for his conviction on various charges including perjury and obstruction of justice. No word yet on whether he’ll actually do any jail time before the inevitable appeal and possible presidential pardon.
